Transforming a Cluttered Home into a $1.2M Stunner!

Last week, I had a great opportunity to work with Mark Mann of Toronto Life and shared one of my favourite home staging transformations we have done over the years.  This knick-knack filled home at the Beaches in Toronto had sold over asking after the property was staged and showcased at its best.

Preparing a home for sale can be challenging to homeowners living in the property while it is listed for sale (like this property).  The challenge is maintaining the “staged look” while the house is on the market.  All the preparations, all the work done by your stager, and the money you spent for staging will be put waste if the “look” of the house isn’t maintained during showings. However, there are ways to make living easier in a staged property.

This property is another testimonial of why staging is a MUST before selling your home. Yes, it’s true that it can be challenging to sellers with all the changes, preparations, and all the work your home may require but it’s worth it if it gives you a better chance to sell faster and land the best offer for your home.
