Happy New Year 2018!

Toronto Home Staging

Happy New Year everybody! I don’t know about you, but it felt like the past year just flew us by!

Before we totally let go of 2017, let me share with you my favorite project installations in Toronto and the GTA this past year. Whether it be home staging or interior decorating, these projects have helped our clients and had given them a great fresh start.

1. Granville Gate,  Markham ON

Toronto Home Staging

This property was sold within 24 hrs (online)! By just looking at the property’s beautiful listing photos, buyers knew that this is their next home. With tough competition and the real estate market conditions, having stunning online listing photos of your property is a MUST.  This property sold for well over asking!

2. Cedarvale Ave, Toronto ON

Toronto Home Staging

With its unique feel and the rustic finishes of this 4 bedroom detached home in Toronto,  we knew it needed the right pieces to properly stage it and to showcase it at its best possible light. The right pieces and the right accessories are one of the things that help buyers emotionally connect to your home, make sure you do it right.

3. Pemberton Ave, Toronto ON

Toronto Home Staging

This condo unit in Yonge and Sheppard area has been renovated from top to bottom. The transformation was phenomenal and all it needed was that little bling to complete the transformation. And that’s what we did! We mixed metals from, golds, chromes and rose golds paired with other lux items. The result was breath-taking! Sold!

4. Carisbrooke Circle, Aurora ON

Toronto Home Staging

The homeowner is a big believer in home staging and it took us months to plan the merchandising of this huge luxury property in Aurora. The result was astonishing, the property had sold for $500,000 over the asking price!

5. Dorset Rd, Scarborough ON

Toronto Home Staging

This was a fun interior decorating project in Toronto. The owners of this newly built home wanted to set it up properly for them to enjoy the house right from the get-go. They told us their vision of their home and we execute it for them. We installed built-ins, bought all the furniture and accessories, drapes, lighting and all! What a beauty it turned out to be!

Toronto Home Staging

Located in Yonge and Sheppard area, this older home needed some TLC. After a week of decluttering and organizing followed by a touch-up painting and then home staging, the property sold on its first weekend of its listing and had sold for $555,000 over its asking price. Setting a new record in this location.

Toronto Home Staging

The challenge to this unit is its size, with only less than 650 sq ft of floor space it is a challenge for buyers to see how can they function well in a very small space. Not to mention the challenge of furniture placement, zoning, traffic, etc. All of this are deterrents that can demotivate a buyer.  So we gave it the style and function it needed to sell! Sold over asking in one week! Mission accomplished!

The new year is always the best place to start fresh –  new resolutions, new goals, and new beginnings. But as we begin our exciting journey to 2018, let me once again thank you for all your support in 2017.  To all the homeowners and builders who entrusted us with their homes and their biggest investments — BIG thank you.  We are looking forward to serving you better this year! Cheers!
